Recent accolades

Knight Frank was crowned both National Property Adviser of the Year and Residential Property Adviser of the Year at the Estates Gazette Awards 2012. The submission referenced Knight Frank's integrated residential and commercial global offering which provides clients with unparalleled access to international capital.

Estates Gazette commented: "Understated, well-run and professional is the Knight Frank image. But this year they really impressed our judges by showing how valuable those qualities are in a tough market. The firm has remained debt-free and delivered impressive organic growth. They are a really smart business, said our judges."

Wealth Report 2016

When we launched our maiden report in 2006, we could only have hoped that it would go on to gain such global recognition, establishing itself as the leading commentary on international wealth flows, investments and the performance of prime property markets. Our aim then was, as it remains today, to provide our clients with a comprehensive analysis of global wealth trends, as real estate continues to take centre stage as a global asset class.

For our 10th edition we examine the attitudes of the ultra-high-net-worth individual, wealth flows and the cities dominating the world’s property stage. We have also identified the world’s private-jet hotspots, the best connected cities and investments of passion, such as English Premier League football club ownership.
